If you simply wish to view the particular Samsung voice recognition warning, here is the extract :-

“If you enable Voice Recognition, you can interact with your SmartTV using your voice. To provide you the Voice Recognition feature, some voice commands may be transmitted (along with information about your device, including device identifiers) to a third-party service that converts speech to text or to the extent necessary to provide the Voice Recognition features to you. In addition, Samsung may collect and your device may capture voice commands and associated texts so that we can provide you with Voice Recognition features and evaluate and improve the features. Please be aware that if your spoken words include personal or other sensitive information, that information will be among the data captured and transmitted to a third party through your use of Voice Recognition.

So, be warned, if you’ve enabled Voice Recognition on your Samsung SmartTV, then your TV captures all conversations within earshot, listening for specific key words. By enabling Voice Recognition and accepting the Terms and Conditions, then all this captured data can be shared with a 3rd party.

Clearly, we’re not suggesting that this is underhand or suspicious and obviously, it would help to enhance the voice recognition feature. Our concerns are that customers may not fully understand to what they’re agreeing, and perhaps more seriously, how secure is this data being stored by Samsung or any third party? We’ve all heard the horror stories of data being stolen from financial institutions and government departments, despite high levels of encrypted security. However, it only takes one disgruntled employee to put the ‘cat amongst the pigeons’.

As Samsung itself advises, if you’ve enabled Voice Recognition, be careful what you say when you’re located near to your SmartTV, as “Please be aware that if your spoken words include personal or other sensitive information, that information will be among the data captured and transmitted to a third party through your use of Voice Recognition.

Be warned, I remember saying that I quite liked a certain football pundit, I’d hate the wider world to know who that was. My friends would never forgive me!!
